For half body // full body commission I can't draw female body well enough yet so I won't ensure that it will be in best quality

My work flow: Sketch > Linework > Flat > Shade > Refine. Some phases can be merged together.
Please only request edits for details relevant to each phase. I can refuse any request outside of the current phase (I.E: Edit color during shade phase).
Commission files [ PNG ] will be sent through Email or uploaded to my Google Drive, and shared with only the commissioner (or more if requested).
PAYMENTS
PAYMENT UP FRONT.
No refunds once the payment has been made. (Unless I decide I can't finish it)This goes for all orders.
ONE The sketch have started you won't able to refund.
Art trades will NOT be accepted as payment.
For silly meme sketch commission there will be no refund
Now accepting payments via Paypal, ko-fi.
For Vietnamese price payment will be taking by MoMo, local bank
Clint much pay artist fee [ if on Vgen fee will be 9.4% . Paypal 4.4% ]
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commission can take 7 - 14 day [ head shot // bust ] depending on what type commission you purchase.
Full body commission with background can take up to 20 day or month.
Character page // ref can be up to 1 month and half
Sometime I may change the deadline depending on what you want to have in your commission or due to my family issues [ Ofc I will let you know and show you how your commission was doing if this happen ]
CLIENTS NOTES:
Clients MAY post anywhere with credit.
Clients MAY request cancellation. Refund based on the progress. [ pls have a clear excuse about why you want to cancel the commission ]
Clients MAY NOT edit the commission unless given permission.
Clients MAY NOT use for commercial purpose unless it is a commercial commission [ that doens't mean you can feed my art in AI ]
Clients MAY NOT request refund for completed commission.
Clients MAY NOT run my art through / feed my art to any kind of AI tool.
FOR ARTIST [ me ]
I can use the commission for promotional purpose.
I can post completed commission on the internet at any time unless requested beforehand.
I can cancel commission anytime or feel disrespectful // uncomfortable [ I will do refund ]
I can draw personal project during commission.
